100% payment of the reservation and complete information for each guest is required at least 15 days before arrival.
To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Payments can be made with Mastercard, American Express, or VISA credit cards. We kindly request that you contact your bank in advance to authorize the transaction. We are not responsible for any additional bank charges.

No refunds will be issued for nights, meals, tours, or services canceled or unused during your trip.
Our company is not responsible in case of accidents, loss of personal belongings, delays and/or unforeseeable events during any trip; therefore, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay.
The services of Icterus EIRL include only the services described in the selected program.
Icterus EIRL reserves the right to make changes to the contracted itinerary.
