Hacienda Herrera Tambopata supplies a large part of the Amazonian ingredients to Lady Bee. This includes products from the Madre de Dios area, such as the Amazon chestnut, emperor flower, copoazú, etc. Hacienda Herrera provides ethical and traceable ingredients directly from the jungle, while Lady Bee promotes conservation, responsible tourism and the value of Amazonian biodiversity through its menu and narrative.
Ruth and Kenny, founders of Hacienda Herrera started as enthusiast volunteers at CECCOT. Hacienda Herrera is not only an ecotourism company, It is currently a center for science and education programs.
CECCOT's mission is to promote human-integrated conservation of tropical rainforest, offering learning opportunities on research, conservation, education and sustainable livelihoods for the local community and visitors of all ages.

CORBIDI is a Peruvian organization dedicated to the study and protection of birds and biodiversity. It collaborates with Hacienda Herrera through workshops and bird watching courses. The alliance promotes research and conservation of avifauna.
"Pintando para Conservar" (Painting for Conservation) is an environmental education project that uses art (drawing and painting) to promote knowledge, appreciation and protection of biodiversity, especially bird species, fauna and Amazonian ecosystems, aimed primarily at children and local communities.
In order to support and promote the development of local education, Hacienda Herrera works hand in hand with the main house of higher education in the Madre de Dios region, providing opportunities for professional internships and employability to local students.

The Tambopata Macaw Project: Decades of research have proven that large macaws face a severe shortage of natural nesting sites. We collaborate with scientists to monitor macaw behaviors and support the deployment of innovative artificial nests, helping secure the future of these iconic, colorful ambassadors of the sky.
The 8 Primates Project: This study tracks all monkey species thriving in our forests—By utilizing bioacoustic tracking technology and logging wildlife sightings in the field, we help primatologists map monkey communication, troop health, and movement corridors. In Hacienda Herrera we are using bioacustic technology to collect wildlife information in our forest.
An association of Indigenous women from the Palma Real community dedicated to creating organic jewelry using natural fibers and dyes. We work in partnership with the Shi’oi Women Artisans Association, made up of 39 women and 3 men, who remain committed to continuing to create and keep their ancestral culture alive.
WWOOF links volunteers and organic farmers. This allows us to meet people from all over the world passionate in agroforestry and interested in exchanging educational and cultural knowledge.
