Our volunteering projects:
AMAZONIAN AGROFORESTRY
ABOUT OUR ORGANIC FARM
Our farm is a family project and it was established approximately 5 years ago for purposes of self-consumption and sale. We have been planting and growing different varieties of fruits and typically tropical crops, such as plantains, banana, papaya, guaba, pineapple, cacao, orange, mandarin, lemon, lime, mango, carambola, sapote, caimito, cocona, cassava and corn. As everything that we do at Hacienda Herrera, we have a profound respect for the environment and a strong drive for forest conservation and protection, for this reason our farm is fully organic and everything that we grow is completely natural.
